Returns
If there’s a duplicate payment made for the donation we shall refund the amount back to you
To be eligible for a refund, please connect with us at contact@sukarmacharitabletrust.org
To complete your refund, we require a receipt as proof of a duplicate donation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund is done, we will send you an email to notify you that we have refunded your duplicate donation amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
